The moment you add an item to your cart, the shipping costs will show up in the left side of the screen. The shipping costs for the Spanish Peninsula are 5€. We cen send you the package through MRW or you can come to one of our shops to pick it up yourself. If you choose to do the latter you will not be charged any shipping costs. We will send you and email to notify you when your order has been shipped or when you can pick it up at the store. If your country applies any taxes at customs you will be charged for them.
The approximate delivery time for Spain is a maximum of two weeks, though we will do our best to get it to you in three to five business days. If you need your order urgently for a special occasion, we urge you to get in contact with us through our contact form in this website. The approximate delivery time for the rest of the world is 3 weeks. If we don’t have a certain article on stock we will inform you of when we might have it next so you can wait, modify or cancel your order.
We are confident that you’ll like the clothes we make, but if for some reason that isn’t the case you have fourteen days since the day of purchase to return them. We do not accept jewelry returns.
To return an item you’ll have to contact us through our contact form, supplying the order number and specifying the motivation behind the return and if you would prefer to send us the items through mail or leave them in one of our stores (and which one). After receiving confirmation from us and the return number, you can go to our shops or sent the item by mail to our warehouse, which is located at c/Torrent de les Flors 48 – 08024 in Barcelona. Unless your item is damaged, you will be charged for the shipping of the returned items. We do not accept fright collect returns.
Remember to always include your return number on your package. We will only accept returns that comply with these conditions:
-The clothes cannot have been cleaned or used in any way.
-The clothes have to be in the same state they were when we sold them to you and they have to come with the attached label (interior and exterior) and the original packaging. Stockings cannot have been removed from the original packaging.
-The product must be complete (for example, you have to return all the elements that constitute a pair).
If a returned item does not comply with these conditions, you will not have a right to return your item.
We do not return cash under any circumstances. For returns outside of the EU, we will discount you the additional shipping costs, if any.
Modifications on a defective piece of clothing
We elaborate exhaustive quality control tests before shipping any item, but if in any case you received a defective or faulty piece of clothing, let us know through our contact form, specifying the order number and the defect you find on the item. A messenger will pick up the item at your home and in the same instance will give you a replacement of the same item in perfect state, with no cost to you. If you prefer, you can do the exchange in any of our shops, you just have to tell us in advance indicating the shop you want to go to and we will send you an email with the return number. In case we don’t have stock of that particular item, we will notify you immediately and we will come pick up your defective item. We will return you the full cost of the item to your bank account once we have examined it at our warehouse.
En esta página tienes una guía para saber cuál es tu talla, pero si la prenda no se corresponde con tu talla, háznoslo saber a través del formulario de contacto, indicando tu número de pedido, la talla que deseas y si quieres enviar el paquete por correo o entregarlo en una tienda (especifica cuál).
Una vez recibas el mail de confirmación podrás hacer el cambio en nuestras tiendas o solicitar que te lo enviemos, en ese caso en el momento de la entrega deberás entregar al mensajero la prenda que devuelves y pagar los gastos de envío. Si no tenemos en estoc la talla solicitada nos pondremos en contacto contigo para tramitar la devolución de la prenda, una vez esta esté en nuestro taller y comprobemos su estado procederemos a la devolución del importe de la compra de tu artículo. No realizamos cambios de talla fuera de la unión europea, si ese es tu caso, deberás hacer una devolución y te reintegraremos el importe de tu compra.
