How to do it:
· Fill in our contact form and tell us which item you’d like to return.
· You can bring it to one of our stores or send it by post to:
c/ Astúries, 7 – 08012 Barcelona, Spain.
Once we receive the item:
· We’ll check its condition and refund the amount using the same payment method (card or PayPal).
· Shipping costs are at your expense, except if the item is faulty.
· We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
To accept the return:
· The item must not have been worn or washed.
· It must have the original tag attached.
· No cash refunds.
· For returns outside the EU, applicable costs will be deducted if any.
