Returns — no worries

• You have 14 calendar days to return your purchase.
• No returns on jewelry.
• Use our contact form to request the return.
• You can drop it off in-store or send it by certified mail to:
  c/ Torrent de les Flors, 48 – 08024 Barcelona, Spain.
• We’ll refund you by bank transfer once we’ve checked the item.
• Return shipping is at your cost, unless the item is defective.
• No COD (cash on delivery) returns accepted.
• Don’t forget to include your return number inside the package.

To accept the return:

• Items must be unused and unwashed.
• They must include original labels and packaging.
• No cash refunds available.
  
  
  For non-EU returns, we’ll deduct any customs or shipping fees if applicable.

Defective item?

Let us know and we’ll send a courier to swap it at no cost. You can also exchange it in-store with prior notice.
